
When will Kashmiri Pandits resettle in Kashmir?
Kashmiri Pandits faced an exodus from their homeland after numerous brutalities and massacres by terrorists on or after 20 January 1990, and settled in different parts of India outside Jammu and Kashmir. Many of them were forced to live as refugees within J&K. According to Wikipedia, only 2,764 Kashmiri Hindus were left in the valley in 2016 while as many as 160,000-170,000 Kashmiri Hindus, majority of whom were Pandits, lived in valley before their mass exodus took place.

Since then government has unsuccessfully tried the rehabilitation of KPs to their homeland and the transit camps housing KPs invited troubles during the unrest in 2016.
On 9 November, 2017, famous astrologer Anirudh Kumar Mishra tweeted a prediction that from 27 April, 2023, Kashmiri Pandits will start to resettle in Kashmir.

In further clarification to this prediction, he stated that Saturn affecting Kashmir will complete its cycles of 30 years, and will get those resettled who once got isolated from their native land in Kashmir.
